| Duties: | Cleaning carpets and tile floors as well as some general houseman duties such as inventory, key checks delivering supplies to other properties when needed. Also carpet extraction during emergencies. |
| Qualifications: | English required. Spanish a plus. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Experience a plus. Must be able to lift 50lbs and have a general knowledge of carpet cleaning equipment. Truck mount as well as portable. |
