| Duties: | Work with director of maintenance to maintain buildings and condos, building mechanical systems, spas, etc. Provide maintenance diagnostics and solutions for condominiums, town homes. |
| Qualifications: | Proficient in hvac, spa, general maintenance, and building mechanical systems a plus. Professional in appearance and communication skills. |
