| Duties: | Mechanical aptitude, pool spa maintenance skills preferred. Routine maintenance.
Spa maintenance. Ability to prioritize tasks and work as a team. |
| Qualifications: | Experience in maintenance field preferred. Plumbing, electrical, drywall, texture, HVAC, landscaping, must be able to lift fifty pounds. Experience in maintenance field, customer service. Must speak English. Ability to communicate well with guests, homeowners, and staff. |
