| Description: | Deer Crest Mountain Operations Team is looking for an experienced candidate to assist in Property Maintenance Operations.
Deer Crest is a private, gated community spanning 600 acres on the eastern slope of Deer Valley Resort, with direct ski-in/ski-out access. This master-planned mountain community includes estate home-sites, private mountain homes and a variety of condominiums.
Deer Crest offers commanding view of the crystal blue waters of the Jordanelle framed by the Uinta Mountains, and panoramas of Bald Eagle Mountain to the South. The Jordanelle gondola and the Deer Crest chairlift provide immediate access to Deer Valley Resort slopes and eight privately maintained ski trails that are the exclusive playground of Deer Crest owners and their guests. In the warmer months, miles of mountain biking and hiking trails are available to wander through groves of aspen, oak and evergreen trees.

| Duties: | -Shall assist in the maintenance of grounds, common areas, ski trails, bike trails, roads, infrastructure, and other improvements in accordance to those standards set by the Master Association's annual budget.
-Shall assist in ski patrol operations.
-Shall assist in snow-making operations.
-Shall assist in landscaping operations.
-Shall assist in making inspections at least weekly of all common facilities and areas.
-Shall fill in gate attendants and operate the access systems when necessary.

Adhere to Premier Resorts Spirit in Service, Safety Training and Management Standards
Schedule-Variable
Dependent upon the needs of the operation. Must be available 24 hours a day during snow-making season.
Working Conditions
Indoor and outdoor environment. Must be able to perform tasks outdoors in any inclement weather. |
| Qualifications: | Knowledge and experience in following areas:
Ski Patrol Operations
Landscaping, Grounds and Irrigation Systems Maintenance
Snow Making Operations
Building Maintenance
Ski trail and Bike Trail Maintenance
Snow Grooming Operations
Gate attendant and Access Systems
Must have advanced skiing ability, good physical condition, able to lift 100 lbs., ability to operate equipment including but not limited to: vehicles, snow making machines, snowmobiles, heavy equipment and hand tools.
Current CPR and National Ski Patrol OEC or EMT certifications.
The ability to deal with property owners, co-workers, contractors and vendors in a competent and professional manner.
Must have good communication and inter-personal skills. |
